Frittata with Feta Cheese
Here is an egg dish literally anyone can make. If you can make an omelet, this is actually easier because you don’t need any egg-flipping skills. I am including the veggies I had on hand to use, but you can substitute the veggies with whatever veggies you love or have available. The beauty of a Frittata is you can make it your own with spinach, corn, broccoli, zucchini, etc.. You can follow along on this IG Reel.
Ingredients:
5-6 eggs
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/4 cup onions
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup Feta Cheese
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Olive oil to grease cast iron pan
The Process:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, combine the eggs and veggies of choice. Mix until combine.
Grease your cast iron pan with olive oil.
Pour egg mixture in cast iron pan.
Break up the feta cheese into crumbles and add on top.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of egg mixture.
Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes or until firm.
Serve warm and enjoy! =)
