My Chewy Brownie Recipe

If you ever have the itch to bake a quick treat, brownies are the way to go. This recipe take 15 minutes to combine, and 30 minutes to bake!

Check out my IG Reel showing the process.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed

  • 3 eggs room temperature

  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup melted butter, unsalted

  • 1 tbsp coffee grounds

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1.5 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

  • Powdered Sugar (For garnish)

The Process:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Prep a 10x15 inch rectangular baking pan by lightly buttering the pan and flour lightly to stick.

  3. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and coffee then mix together well.

  4. Add the white and brown sugars to the mixture and whisk together well.

  5. Sift cocoa powder, flour, and salt into the bowl and mix until just combined

  6. Toss in chocolate chips (or chunks) and fold into the batter. This is optional.

  7. Add batter to pan and smooth to the edges. You can add more chocolate chips to the top before baking if desired.

  8. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the center is just set. You'll notice the center does not wiggle when the pan is moved.

  9. Let cool for 15-20 minutes then cut in squares to serve. Sprinkle with powdered sugar for garnish.

  10. Enjoy!

XOXO
